Two full days (4 x 0.5 days) of training with diverse and modern teaching methods ensure sustainable and interactive learning and practice transfer. In addition to exercises, case studies, coaching and group work, mini lectures are used to deliver basic knowledge of Positive Psychology in the context of expatriation. We also work with special Put into Practice elements, which offer the opportunity to deepen basic knowledge on positive expatriation for day-to-day life abroad.

The traditional way of managing expatriations is not very much focused on the expatriate itself, yet. By applying positive psychology findings to expatriations, HR gets multiple new and valuable insights and perspectives to make use of the full potential of international assignments and minimizing expatriate failure. The sessions offer at the same time insights for a modern Human Resource Management in which employee’s well-being is key.
